Especially in the emergency room area, the hospital needs improvement. First you sit for hours upon hours to be brought back to the actual emergency room area and then you might as well settle in for a few more hours before you see a doctor. if you can go elsewhere, do so.
Very positive experience at smc with my daughter in Jan of this year. She had outpatient surgery from emergency. We went home that evening feeling very well cared for. Many thx ER PA Sarabrooke. Dr Barrette Dr Duah CRNA Jordan RN Jing and Rn Emily Last but not least RN Val. We are grateful!

I'm here right now and your nurses and doctors here absolutely suck. I'm in pain due to a needle that got pushed into my skin and they aren't doing anything the girl said " I'll call a nurse later " guess someone being in pain isnt there main concern they are only here for the money
they dont care about their patients... they treat you like your the scum of the earth and that your the biggest inconvenience... they also need to get rid of Philip chafe... he is one of the worst doctors I've ever met
