I took my daughter here because Dr. Hathaway was here and he was who I saw as a child and loved. He was equally as fantastic with my daughter. He unfortunately moved locations, and we got transferred to Dr. K. After canceling my daughters appointment 2 times, we finally got in and she continued to push a vaccine on us that we have made clear we didn’t want and when I declined, she told me to watch the news and see how many infant fatalities there are from this virus. The doctor cancelled our appointment the day before for an illness, things happen, no big deal. But then they couldn’t get us rescheduled for a month and a half out. Got a cancellation appointment thankfully but the office that we had been going to for almost 5 years moved the previous year and we did not know. Went to the normal office and had to be redirected. This office is completely useless. You will never get your child in to see a provider except for well child visits. They are glorified vaccine clinic. When we do get to see the doctor (at well child checks) he is kind and I have no complaints with those visits. However, The MA and nursing staff are rude and lack empathy.
The doctor they told me they scheduled me with was not the pediatrician who walked into the room. The doctor we did see had a terrible bedside manner and seemed to have little experience working with kids. They also made us come back in for another visit for vaccinations because they didn't plan ahead even though I called the day before the verify (which is a nightmare with a small child and taking time off of work) and charged me for both visits even though it was their fault.
