I’ve had an appt scheduled since October of 2025, they have rescheduled me 6 times and I even switched doctors due to the lack of professionalism just to be met with 5 minutes before my appt, while I’m waiting in the lobby for them to cancel and reschedule me for 2 pm today, I cancelled that appt and I am canceling my healthcare here. I have had cervical cancer and I’m not fully in remission, and come from a long line of female reproductive cancers. They are awful and cancel last minute every single time. I've called several times and also left messages with the front desk to get a call back for some information my wife is seeking and they never answer the phone and never return calls.

I can never get ahold of someone at the front office. Always on hold for 30 plus minutes. I was able to leave a message so they could get back to me and no one got back to me. Surely it can’t be that long of a wait list to talk to someone!

They told me they put the lab work orders in and I had to fast overnight. I’m 30 weeks pregnant, work overnights and had to be at the lab early in the morning. Show up to the lab starving, and they say the order was never put in. Now I’ve been on hold with their office for over 30 minutes trying to get a hold of them to put the order in but it keeps ringing.
