They have cancelled several of my appointments and I end up only being able to see the doctor that fills in and doesn’t do deliveries. I have yet to build a relationship with any of the other doctors. They only have one ultrasound tech which means you can’t be fit in for emergencies. They cancelled my anatomy scan so now my fiancée will miss his only opportunity to see his baby before the birth. I feel completely neglected.
The doctors and nurses are great but clerical staff insist you give them outdated insurance cards if you had any in last 6months then refuse to take your new insurance information when you get it. Really rude receptionists 3 of them in 6vweeks now.
