My family and I have been coming here for over 5 years. Yes, you have to wait to get an appointment but I don’t see that as a negative on them as it’s the area we’re in and a lack of providers that are the problem. The providers we’ve had actually take the time to talk to you and work to figure out what’s going on. Using the Healow app is also super convenient when you need to reach your provider and can’t make a phone call. I’m very happy with the service they provide.

Outdated treatment methods from under-educated people. They are doing their best but Samaritan does not encourage continuing education. So the patient is left with individuals whose medical knowledge dates to whatever decade they graduated from their program or university. Essentially the patients receive whatever outdated methods used to considered scientific 30-40 years ago. I am in shock. I made my appointment over 6 months ago and because they’re running late, they cancelled me while I was in the waiting room. I had an appointment at 11:15, was standing in line for a receptionist to finally call me up at 11:17 to check me in. She was done around 11:32 with all of the check in stuff and sat me down. A ma called me up at 11:43 saying that since I was late and THEY didn’t put my records in until today, that they’d have to see me another day.
