Horrible customer service, got rushed on the phone when talking to them. Employees have bad attitude when speaking with Terry or Tarry on the phone.
I will just say that I have never had a good experience here. But one thing I do not condone is making fun of people. Nurses were making jokes/ and making “bets” of who the person with the chest pains would be and saying in a sarcastic tone “here’s someone else from so and so agency.” People come to a hospital for a reason , no matter how small and inconvenient it is for you. Dr. Haq, oncologist, and has staff, are no less than wonderful. Caring, polite, kind, and knowledgable.
I took my mom to the ER on Nov 20th following up on UTI. She had leg pain level 10 & swelling, breathing issues, bp low, decreased urine. She had bw, urine, cat scan, & xray. After 7 hrs I asked about pain meds for her leg pain 10. I was told they would take care of problem and not the pain. My mom ended up in severe pain for 10 days and and ended up in ER Nov 30th. We were told she had 24 hrs 72 hrs the most) and she was dying of Sepsis that attacked her lungs. If she had been treated Nov 20 she would be alive today.
My son had a bad car accident two weeks ago. We didn’t think he was going to make it the nurse was rude to me they had to get him sober enough to do surgery. My concerns are not valid? He had a fractured hip that needed a rod and two screws. The best thing about Samaritan is the nurse Meka and Desiree. The other nurses were rude and very young unable to do the work that needed to be done. I came on after surgery my son had not still showered after 5 days. I was furious.
