We brought our 12-year-old daughter to the ER due to severe arm pain, limited range of motion, and persistent crying—which is very unlike her. Samaritan Medical Center is an incredible place for your medical needs the staff are incredible the front desk personnel are also incredible the doctor and nurses are awesome, I would highly recommend Samaritan Medical Center to anyone. The staff are very professional and they are pleasant very courteous they listen to all of your questions and concerns.
Rude staff, incompetent staff, not thorough, doesn’t follow proper procedures, filthy rooms and bathrooms, lack of security for violent offenders in there (the guy there was great but there were too many issues for just him), unprepared for deescalation of mental health patients, long wait times for very sick patients, staff gossip in the hallways while people are trying to sleep at night
