7 hours in the ER waiting room waiting with a 2 year old with a split lip and busted tooth. Ridiculous. Terrible local hospital, should have taken our business elsewhere like Syracuse. DO BETTER SAMARITAN. Plus beds are dirty, rooms dirty, overall nasty dirty place for being a medical institute.
We brought our 12-year-old daughter to the ER due to severe arm pain, limited range of motion, and persistent crying—which is very unlike her. We were understandably concerned that she may have had a serious injury. During triage, we were told she would be getting an X-ray. However, after waiting over an hour and seeing other patients who arrived after us being taken back for imaging, we asked for an update. Samaritan Medical Center is an incredible place for your medical needs the staff are incredible the front desk personnel are also incredible the doctor and nurses are awesome, I would highly recommend Samaritan Medical Center to anyone. The staff are very professional and they are pleasant very courteous they listen to all of your questions and concerns.
