Not impressed on how my grandmother, sister, and I were treated during our time here. My grandmother came in for back pain, and as she was explaining to the nurse ( Sarah) on what happened, the nurse was very rude, gave dirty looks, and proceeded to say that my grandma was lying. They ended up giving her a shot for pain and than gave her an Xray on her back We sat there for hours waiting on results. Worst hospital I've ever been in
If I could give 0 stars I would. Nurses are very rude no matter which part of the hospital you are in. Doctors and nurses do not return phone calls or give updates if a family member is in their care. Don't bother asking questions about your loved ones care either, they're very rude about that.
I’m pretty sure my comment was actually deleted because I searched everywhere for it so I’ll just re write it each time it’s deleted. This hospital will be sued due to the horrible staff. They treat the patients horribly.they do not know how to insert IVs correctly . They do not know how to do the epidural at all. The nurses get extremely mouthy with you if you aren’t living the life they want you to live. I do not recommend at all. I couldn’t express this enough.
was in the er for the first day and i have never had a FNP-C Kathy Schafer make me have such a bad experience in my life , the next day with all the staff i had on was great and treated me really good and cared about me
