The worst hospital I have ever been to in my life and I’m 45 years old and been alot of places. The VA sent me here because I was having head pain sat there 6 hours and all they could say was they’re waiting on a room to come available. I’m just thankful that it was me and not one of my children that needed to be seen. Ended up leaving still not being seen because I was so hungry😪
I called in behalf of my son being sent there from Syracuse first two people were nice then I spoke to the person where he's going to be very not caring told me I'm not allowed to call my son he's going to be 70 miles away from me 💔 I have severe anxiety and health issues I should have the right to know how my son is doing!!!
Absolute worst in the state. Many instances of poor service and unprofessionalism. Recently my wife used the emergency room for breathing issues, she was there for 6 hours while they ran 3 tests. 6 HOURS! she needlessly to say grew impatient with the poor service and they tell her if she was to leave before the test result then insurance wouldnt cover it. They made her effectively feel like a hostage. So incredibly slow that its quicker to go to syracuse where not only is it faster but has better overall care. This hospital ... read more
