My son had a bad car accident two weeks ago. We didn’t think he was going to make it the nurse was rude to me they had to get him sober enough to do surgery. My concerns are not valid? He had a fractured hip that needed a rod and two screws. The best thing about Samaritan is the nurse Meka and Desiree. I would like to provide recognition to the nurses in the PCU unit. My Mom, Barbara Brown, was admitted with a virus/infection. She was taken care of with compassion and caring. Shout out to nurse Emily, who has been excellent. Thank You all.
Er is very long waits the care itself once seen is good
If it was possible to give this hospital no stars at all that is what they would be getting from me.. Last night on 4/4 I was brought in the hospital and into the behavioral unit for trying to self checkout.. EVERY nurse was patient and compassionate towards me EXCEPT the charge nurse for that night on that floor. 7 hours in the ER waiting room waiting with a 2 year old with a split lip and busted tooth. Ridiculous. Terrible local hospital, should have taken our business elsewhere like Syracuse. DO BETTER SAMARITAN. Plus beds are dirty, rooms dirty, overall nasty dirty place for being a medical institute.
