The doctors and staff are amazing people. They are professional and friendly, always providing the best care.
Im so glad I chose this practice! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse, making the “new patient” experience very smooth. Dr. Mauger was incredibly welcoming and took the time to really listen to my concerns!
I very much appreciate and enjoy my Dr at the Watertown plaza site been with him for 16 years and would not want anyone else caring for me.
Dr.Mauger is absolutely fantastic her nursing staff is absolutely wonderful and her bedside manner is amazing however I had an emergency apt on December 13 I had to cancel because our roads are not plowed neither is my driveway the reception desk Skylar was very rude when I simply asked to be put on the cancellation list cause April 10 for an emergency apt isn’t ok she rudely snapped stating that we don’t do that here when in the past it’s been done absolutely horrible behavior I will also be filing a formal complaint cause ... read more
One star because I can't give less. The provider I was seeing wouldn't listen, to my complaints. Says I have low iron when the blood work I had done in the emergency room didn't show that. I was supposed to have a referral to neurology & was never given it. I guess the fact that your losing your balance & having other neurological symptoms doesn't matter. I will not be going back here & will be finding a different doctor. I will not be having my records transferred either. I have since found a different doctor's office to go... read more
