I brought my 82 year old father in for a blood transfusion and it was by far the worst experience. Kept him in a ER room for three hours before we were told shift change at 7 and you have to wait for a doctor. Finally at 8:30 one comes in. My Dad started receiving the transfusion at 11pm. The nurse has checked on him one time since he has started the transfusion. We have been here since 4:30 this afternoon. This is an absolute disgrace in health care.
The people at the front desk, the nurse who took me into the exam room, and Dr. Jaeggi are all wonderful. Very pleasant, kind and patient. Dr. Jaeggi seems to truly care about the well being of his patients. I don't feel rushed at all if I need to discuss something with him, and when I leave I never feel like the time was wasted. Samaritan, don't let this doctor get away!
Hour Long wait for an appointment I had made prior, that had switched to higher priority due to health conditions getting worse.
I had the unfortunate experience with Dr.Jaeggi he is an arrogant, under educated and cruel man. He made my life miserable and I'll probably be harassed further for speaking up about him. He was angered by a joke I told the snotty secretary and proceeded to cut me off all my medication and kick me out of samaritan..pulled all my referrals and bullied me endlessly, then bold face lied telling staff I'm the problem!!
