I would have given zero stars if that had been an option. The front desk staff was unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. My 86-year-old mother is scheduled for a procedure tomorrow. Yesterday, I received a phone call from the medical center asking the usual questions about her medical history and reviewing pre-procedure instructions. Phenomenal! The front desk, nurses, and Dr. Cheung were incredible, attentive, compassionate, and thorough. They operated like a well oiled machine and although I had severe anxiety about my procedure, they made me feel comfortable and cared for.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I really don't leave reviews, yet I felt I needed to this time. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have to come in regularly for injections and they always want me to come in 15 min early before my scheduled appointment. I end up waiting nearly an hour or more than an hour every time. If I show up 5 min late, they have me wait for 90 min. There's no communication between staff and doctors. I always get the local for my injections, but they have me listed to get anesthesia.
