As a veteran, I have witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of this place, which should be closed rather than continuing to operate under the guise of helping veterans. The atmosphere here often exacerbates feelings of isolation and inadequacy among those who have served in the military. Rather than offering the support and resources we desperately need, the refusal of services only deepens the struggles many veterans face, undermining their self-esteem and sense of worth.
