I’m here writing my second review. My last one was only 1 star. This one will be one star too as Kristyn is terrible. She needs booted out of there asap. I’ve had two appointments now that she hasn’t even attempted to engage in and won’t even call for the appointment. I’ve been without meds for 3 months because of her fault. Don’t waste your time here for medication. You would think someone working in this field would at least be able to handle the job or understand a person’s needs, especially being a “nurse”.
I used to really like this place, as I went there for 8 years with one therapist. Sometime this last year she retired, and per the usual system. She referred me to another therapist there, this therapist only saw me a few times. I had expressed to her I was not fully comfortable or confident, as the transition was difficult since I had been with the last therapist for 8 years. And expressing this. I adore my therapist. She’s so relatable and she really listens (and remembers). She’s the best therapist I’ve ever had. The group sessions are very nice as well. I definitely recommend.
