Stacey Schulte single-handedly gives me hope in our country’s healthcare quality. She listens to you, and even more; she really hears you. Her empathy for what you’re going through is palpable, and she will work diligently to find a solution (and I’d consider myself a rather complicated case!). I am updating this review due to serious concerns about my experience with this provider and the facility’s handling of it. During my appointment, the provider disregarded a diagnosis I had received earlier this year after multiple appointments with another clinician and indicated she believed my condition was something else, despite my clearly answering “no” to several core symptoms required for that alternative diagnosis. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! AWFUL!!!!! The fact that I was told to fill out paperwork and would get a call back for scheduling, but never did should've been a giant red flag. But, the lady I talked to on the phone was incredibly helpful and was successful at getting me in to see someone. Red Flag 2. If I could give negative stars I would, I Tried calling the office to make an appointment with Dr. Papagiannopolous and was put on the line with Wendy, she told me I would be unable to make an appointment with the Doctor or any Psychiatrist that works there, she was incapable of presenting a reason why other than the doctor said so, and I when I politely asked to speak with the doctor myself, she hung up on me without a word.
