The maintenance men speak zero English. The pool has been closed for 2 years and the gym has literal feces on the walls. Half of the units have homeless squatters in them. The remaining units have mold
The best complex in Columbia South Carolina can't go wrong the staff is very very good I have no complaints with the staff whatever I actually do and they do it in the Timely manner perfect complex
This is one sorry apartment complex! They don’t give a damn about people in this community needing things fixed in their apartment, AC hasn’t been working going on two weeks now. It’s a lot of complexes around the complex itself abandoned!!!!!! They are always harassing the children in the community! It’s the summer time and the damn pools still not open. Do not get entangled with a lease with this rental company. They are not never on the same page about anything in the leasing office. One person will tell you one thing and the next day, someone is saying the complete opposite. They rely AI systems to respond in email as well as on the phone and nothing ever gets done correctly or even seen in an appropriate manner. The maintenance staff is creepy and you will not feel comfortable with them being in your home. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
