I was approved and never got my welcome home letter. I called and she stated that she will get back to me by the end of the day and never did. I’ve been calling all day and no one answers. No one responds to my messages or email. I’m just trying to move into my unit.
My father got approved and haven’t gotten a move in date. Her kids is sleeping in her car because they have to keep their move in money.
I want to say that Miss Crystal she is very much awesome she's nice she's kind and she's understandable and I believe that y'all should promote her to the highest that you have

I was approved on Monday! Still waiting for move in date! Hoping I get a unit with AC! Some of these reviews are scaring me. But the unit I saw was very nice and the pools are beautiful Been waiting for a place for three week now still no call deposit paid still nothing
