PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. The leasing manager definitely played in my face and ie very rude. I moved into an apartment that was move-in ready. The apartment needed some more work done to it and we agreed that she would get it fixed. She explained to me that they were short staffed and they had vendors come in. Second review. Extremely evil and ineffective leasing office and maintenance team. Took our fire extinguisher and haven't replaced in two weeks which is a safety violation. Don't move in here you will suffer they think we are a joke I hate living here and being here has effectively ruined my life. Ilzero emergency maintenance if you have a serious emergency they don't care. Property manager wuit that's the 3rd or 4th one this year. THIS COMPANY IS EVIL.
I wish I can give this complex zero stars! I’ve only been here for a MONTH and my apartment has flooded and things in my unit have been broken. I’ve called maintenance and no one has came to fix anything! The office never answers or handles anything but threatens to call the cops when you show up to the office to address things not getting fixed. I will definitely be in touch HUD so that they can investigate this place!
I apply already been approve I been waiting for my welcome home letter to let me know when I can move in three bedrooms because this hotel is not cheap I know it take time I just want to know exactly how long before we can move in
I was approved and never got my welcome home letter. I called and she stated that she will get back to me by the end of the day and never did. I’ve been calling all day and no one answers. No one responds to my messages or email. I’m just trying to move into my unit.
