I was approved on Monday! Still waiting for move in date! Hoping I get a unit with AC! Some of these reviews are scaring me. But the unit I saw was very nice and the pools are beautiful Been waiting for a place for three week now still no call deposit paid still nothing

We have been out of air conditioning for 4 months now we have put in 7 work orders and every time they say they gonna get someone to fix it but they never come I will be getting a lawyer and suing them if my air conditioner doesn’t get fixed in 3 weeks cause my momma could have a heat stroke.
The leasing office is a joke they do nothing. The maintenance team is so bad they are trashy and don't fix anything I've been without AC for over two months and have been waiting for a dish washer repair or replacement for three years please don't move here it's basically a scam. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL ACTIVELY TRY TO RUIN YOUR LIFE THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL Adding to my review they closed the leasing office for two days in celebration for a holiday and didn't even bother to put a sign/note up to inform us let alone an emai... read more
