Ordered flowers for next day delivery for a birthday - they didn't arrive until 7.45pm that night. I was told that this was due to prioritizing 12 funerals in the morning and then bad traffic in the afternoon - I think if I had been told when paying for next day delivery that my delivery was less important than other things they had going on that day, I would have chosen another provider. While they did *technically* arrive on the day, that's not exactly the point of ordering flowers for a birthday.

Ordered flowers from Canada for a friend in Atlanta. The process was easy, the photos online are accurate, and the finished product was even better in real life. I’d use them again for future orders and highly recommend.

Shame on this company! Pushing a $5 tariff onto their customers. Imagine business hurting so bad that they need to push that cost onto their customers.

I have made three purchases from Samantha Rose Designs--two bouquets and a plant. Each time, the process has been smooth and my daughter has loved the floral arrangements while being impressed with the professionalism of the person making the deliveries. About 2 years ago, I received flowers from Samantha Rose that were amazing. Now whenever the occasion arises, they are my go to florist. Never having heard of them before, I Googled and discovered not only are the flowers amazing, but they are much more reasonably priced than most florists. Just last week I sent an arrangement to the hosts . The flowers were so beautiful I was asked by several people there which florist I used.
