good experience for a dental visit
My wife and I have been patients of this periodontal office for many years and our insurance(s) were always accepted for payment up-front and we would be invoiced for the balance. We were surprised yesterday to find out that full payment is expected to be paid to the practice before the claim is filed. We are not happy with this new procedure.
dr. robles and staff are fantastic! the office is very professional and friendly and their extreme competence and kind words will put you at ease. i drive an hour to get there and would never change, they are my partners in health forever.
I addition to everyone being competent , the office has improved in efficiency and decor.
I loved it here. The most wonderful crew of young ladies❤️ I will miss them. They are true dedicated professionals. They get to know you as well as a person along with great dental work❤️👍
