Samantha and her staff was polite and did their jobs efficiently I have no complaints about them specifically. However, the 1 star review is due to the fact that my visit was a routine eye exam that I was at the office for less than 15 minutes. I did not need new glasses and I did not have my eyes dilated but I was charged $268 when I could have gone to a non Kaiser facility and paid $60 (at the minimum) for a routine eye exam instead.
