She has been my family's doctor for over 20 years but since changing to Full Circle health, she seems too busy to even fill a prescription request. My daughter runs out of her ADHD meds EVERY month for 4-6 days before another doctor finally signs off on the refills. Always booked with appointments so we haven't seen her in a year, we were scheduled with a new provider last appointment, who knows nothing about our history. It's very frustrating. Dr. Portenier spends time with me , answering any questions and concerns. I will be her patient where ever She goes. I feel safe with her.
Dr Portenier is very interested in her patients and spends a lot of time explaining and also very caring.
