Sami Cook and her team are amazing.
I had a wonderful experience seeing Sami Cook! She addressed all my needs, made me feel accepted and welcomed, and answered all my questions! Sami’s medical assistant, Becky, was so incredibly kind and professional. They got me in so quickly and left feeling hopeful for answers! Wonderful medical care team and I will be referring my loved ones to go see Sami & Becky! Thanks so much!
I loved meeting with NP Cook! But the lab people forgot about me and I ended up leaving the examination room after 35 mins to get some assistance, go downstairs to the lab floor, then had to wait another 10 mins in the lobby until I was seen. Everyone was super nice and apologized, but unfortunately this made my appt go twice as long.
