Young Girl at check in window on 2/23/24 was a bit uninvolved and not real helpful, not direct with any routine. People were asking her axactly what she wanted from them as I sat waiting. First visit, they forgot about me in the room and most everyone went to lunch. I waited about 45 minutes, finally I walked out and nobody was around.a girl I found gave me paper work, apologized and I left. Water and cold machine in lobby doesn't work.
