Was not impressed with Dr. Derzen. I came in for help managing significant anxiety related to IVF. She repeatedly suggested therapy, but therapy cannot remove the very real, situational anxiety of infertility and IVF. My fertility clinic has always been supportive of anti-anxiety meds, they just can’t prescribe them long term. I was hoping to find a medication option that could be safely used while trying to become pregnant, and she offered very little help or guidance, and instead just talked about therapy again and again. ... read more

She is friendly and swift.
