Dr. Derzon was very attentive and efficient.
The MA took the BP over two layers of clothing, which yielded an inaccurate BP reading. The MA also didn’t take the patient’s temperature (patient’s temperature pre-visit was 100.8). The three year Resident (doc) didn’t inspect, auscultate or palpate the patient’s abdomen (main reason for visit was abdominal pain in all four quadrants). Resident suggested taking a different antibiotic than the one currently on (for 8 days). My visit was good. Got answers to my visit. Great. Dr. is kind & attentive.
Dr. Derzon is knowledgeable and compassionate. she patiently listens to you and answers all your questions. Then, she will review the plan, medications, diagnoses, etc. to make sure her patient knows and understands their medical progress. I felt well cared for.
