Sam and her team are amazing. While helping us sell my mom’s home we ran into some unexpected legal issues with the title of the home. Sam and her team did an amazing job helping us navigate through it. They kept us calm and informed, coordinated services and helped find solutions. I don’t know if another agent could have worked through it all and gotten the home sold. I can’t thank them enough!

Samantha worked with me and my family over a long estate sale process. When we encountered hiccups she was great at communicating, thought outside the box to find solutions, and went above and beyond to make the process seamless for all of us. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Corey Baron or his office. My experience with him was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and self-interest. From the beginning, it was clear that his priority was maximizing his commission, not helping me secure a home. He failed to communicate crucial changes regarding how he would be compensated, but made sure to remind me of the legal consequences if I worked with another agent—a threat that was both unnecessary and deeply inappropriate.
