My AC UNIT had been having issues for about a week. When I called the office Shawn said he could come take a look right away. He diagnosed the problem said if I approved the work he could get the part and fix it today. Surprise for me- the work is done. Waiting for the air to get to the set temp. He gave me some tips on cleaning the drain, said my unit was the Cadillac of the time when we installed it!! Let’s hope it lasts for years to come. Thanks Shawn for your quick service. Left the area clean and neat.

I had a short cycling issue occurring. It was quickly diagnosed and thankfully it was something simple to fix. Cleanout of drain line and we’re good to go.

Tino came to my residence and replaced an AC Coil. The process from Gold Standard was identifying the problem and getting a solution. The coil arrived in two weeks and the installation was quick and efficient.
