My daughter was in an accident. I was told that Sumani had to determine if she needed surgery. I was told he would visit her in her room by 9am. I took off work and waited over 24 hours. He never showed. So I made an appointment, thinking he was busy. I again took off of work, and waited for over an hour in his office and he again NEVER showed. When I was admitted to Bryan LGH West Dr samani neither spoke to me nor checked me I was totally ignored by everyone at Bryan LGH West I will never go there again the rest of my life nor will I ever see doctor David Samani. He has no empathy for patients especially old ones like I am. Furthermore when I was discharged he gave me no aftercare suggestions. He should teach Orthopedics he should not practice it because he doesn't like people.
Outstanding surgeon . Performed surgery on My sons broken arm . Was healed and return to sports even earlier than first thought.
Good surgeon but lacks communication with patients. While in hospital had to request he come see me after surgery. Another time he just gave instructions over phone to nurses. Long waits at his office to get in and for him to come to room. Almost lost my job because he did not send work any information that was requested from him.
Dr. Samani has performed trauma knee reconstruction on my son. Replaced my mother's knee. Corrected broken leg on my father when he fell and he was laying on his leg on his back. I've now torn my meniscus and its hands down, Dr. David Samani is the only ortho i will let touch me!
I loved working with Dr Samani after my accident! Sometimes he's not optional, as in my case with a trauma. But I would certainly choose him again if I could!
Had both wrists relieved of severe carpal tunnel, with perfect results. They did a great job, and it's nice to be able to play guitar again. Thank you.
