It is a very rare thing in this cynical world to have a property manager who has both the interests of his clients and compassion for his tenants in mind. Sam does that. He's smart, savvy, AND ethical. Bravo.

Sam was awesome! As being a first time renter, I was clueless of how the process went. Sam made everything extremely easy, and guided me through the process the entire time. Was available to answer questions even at odd hours, was extremely persistent on making sure I got approved, and ultimately made my first time as enjoyable as it could’ve been. I’m very grateful for Sam and all of his help, and ultimately wouldn’t have gotten the place I did in such a short amount of time if it wasn’t for him.
