Sam was the best! He went above and beyond to help me with my multifamily unit purchase in Baltimore. He’s very knowledgeable, worked hard for negotiating a great deal, and stayed on top of everything! There was so much happening in the short 3 weeks we had to close. And he still answers my questions even after closing! He’s a great guy, has a lot of useful contacts for home maintenance needs, and his 20+ yrs of experience and knowledge really shine. Sam is the best realtor I have been working with. He is going above and beyond to get you the house that you are looking for. Moreover, he has the best communication methods. Always answering phone calls and responding to text and emails in a timely manner. He is also pointing out things need repair or attention (free house inspection 😂). Also, he recommends repair to increase the house value. In the meantime, Sam Will give some handyman’s information that will give you the best price with high quality.
