Sam was the best! He went above and beyond to help me with my multifamily unit purchase in Baltimore. He’s very knowledgeable, worked hard for negotiating a great deal, and stayed on top of everything! There was so much happening in the short 3 weeks we had to close. And he still answers my questions even after closing! He’s a great guy, has a lot of useful contacts for home maintenance needs, and his 20+ yrs of experience and knowledge really shine. Working with Sam was fun. As a first-time home buyer we asked a ton of questions. Through very clear and quick answers, Sam provided us with extremely useful information. He even responded to our questions on the weekends. He went beyond what we expected from a real-estate agent. Sam is an amazing realtor! Selling a home and buying a new one could be really stressful but working with Sam it all was super smooth and unbelievable easy. I am extremely pleased with Sam. From the initial meeting to the end of our home being sold Sam displayed great professionalism and compassion for our family. I was very happy that our home was sold in 6 days being that it was a large size home.
