I called and made an appointment with Reginald to have a repair done- gave him my address, phone number, etc. My appointment window was from 10am-1pm, yesterday Feb 07th. I made arrangements to take off work to be home for the repair to be done and they never showed, never called, never texted……..they didn’t do anything except waste my time. I’d think twice before trusting these people to show up.

Review for Sam the Plumber’s Excellent This company does a fabulous plumbing job. I have used them in the past. This time I had a new hot water heater installed. They took out the old and replaced it with the new. Also, they discovered the vent on top of the roof was broken along with the seal. All was repaired. These are honest folks. The cost was reasonable. Highly recommend Sam the Plumber.

I can highly recommend Sam the Plummer in Friendswood. They were prompt, fair and did the job right. I got three estimates on my job which consisted of repairing a cracked 3/4 inch pvc pipe connection. Sams bid was fair and 1/2 the price of the ridiculous highest bid which was also from a locally owned company. Sams was great and we will use again if we ever need a plummer.
