The Absolute WORST experience. I have ever had with any plumber or contractor weeks of excuses and lies a horrible company to do business with !!!!! Horrible people to work with !!!!!!! Unreliable Ripped me off !!!!
I used Sam the Plumber based off of the Next-door positive reviews. I guess I am one of the unfortunate ones. My experience with this company started off strong, and then went almost non existent. Literally that is, communication stopped, worked stopped and every other few days when I was in contact with the foreman of the job, it was mostly wrong information and constant lies. I had an estimate to do some plumbing work that came to $5,000. I paid half of the cost up front. I was told that a permit was issued for the job, but it wasn't which shut down our entire remodel project for over a month. When we were finally able to start work again the plumber told us that the cost was now $15,000. 5 Stars Sam runs an awesome company! My husband had a plumbing issue that was a pretty big emergency! I called Sam and though his guys were all out and busy, he dropped everything to run our way to help!! He saved the day!! I highly recommend this company!! Trustworthy for sure! Not reliable to answer questions on work plumbers can/will perform or to show up at time promised. Had to reschedule when plumber showed up late to tell us they could not perform sink install after being told by office they could. Hired someone to install sink and rescheduled plumber. Was told between 9:30-10:30, got a call running late would be 11:30. Got a call still behind so he would arrive by 12:30, I then called at 1:55 since no show and was told at least another 30 mins. Shout out to Joshua with Sam the Plumber! We called this morning about a badly leaking toilet and they fit us in the schedule within a few hours! Joshua quickly assessed the problem and fixed us up quickly. He was professional and efficient. Will definitely be a return customer!
