Going for a few years, and am please with the service they provide especially my Barber,Joyce.

Ulises is the man, always gives me a great cut. This is the only place I'll go.
Horrible customer service from Ulysis. He did not respect what was requested for the haircut. Was argumentative with me as the paying customer. Cut the hair shorter than requested. Did a poor neckline. Got upset when I was requesting he fix what he had cut crooked. He did not fix the neckline. Was on the phone while cutting hair. Gave nasty looks while doing his job.
