I wish I could give Sam's more stars. I really do. But, I just had the worst hamburger here. Boo on Sam's! It was dry, overcooked, and tough. So sad. Totally disappointed.
I used to eat at Sam's regularly when I worked in SA, but I haven't been in more than a year. The patty wasn't juicy like I remember them. It was actually a little charred. The amount of cheddar is about a quarter what I remember. It didn't even cover the patty when it used to run over the edges of the bun. The tots were good; salted to my liking. I'm here right now, March 14. Service is awful. And I have never been to Sam's and heard the crowd over run the musicians. Owner temple is being talked over like he is nobody. I'm staying the trisha's show. I will never drive here from Houston again. We have actual listening venues in Houston. Sam's used to be that way. Go take a lesson from doesy doe or main street crossing. This venue apparently forgot about what respecting artists means. Such a bad disappointment.

Been there a few times and always have had a great time there. Great live music.
Its been awhile since I've been to sams, but when I was there really loved the food and atmosphere. They have good acts.I need to get back.
