So I'm ill and need to see the doctor. Call for appointment - put off for 10 days before opening? That' BS. What the heck is he good for if you can't get in when needed and have to go spend money at a Nextcare when he is the Primary Care Physician?
After 16 years, I now realize I am just a number. I have followed her from Sadler, St Luke’s, and now Methodist. I experienced a delay due to traffic and road construction. I have never been late for a I have never been late for an appointment in all of the years that I have been her patient. I called to let the office know. They Told me I needed toreschedule. To start off He was late as usual. Dude was never on time. Comes in says He is sorry, I tell him well that’s not good enough. They He tells me He had to pronounce someone dead that Morning. I don’t believe him, cause he is always late. Today, an hr late. I tell Him it’s not my problem, that He shld have called his staff to relay to us patients that he had an Emergency.
