Dr. Rolon took the time to figure out the root of the problem. He was very thorough and compassionate. Our whole family has switched over to his practice and won’t go to anyone else.
He is always point on, very knowledgeable, takes time and makes sure you understand everything .
Dr Scott is the best! Today she helped me with my menopause concerns. As an RN I appreciate Dr Scott’s knowledge. Her office staff was fun and caring.
SHOWED UP FOR CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT AND SAID INSURANCE WAS OUT OF NETWORK !!! REFUSED TO TAKE MY CASH ! HORRIBLE AND RUDE OFFICE STAFF ! DO NOT WASTE YOUT TIME. MY HUSBAND HAD KNEE SURGERIES WITH SAME EXACT INSURANCE POLICY WITH DR. BLACKWELL !!! TOTALLY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
His level of professionalism and sense of humor. I felt like a brand new person right after the surgery.
Dr Robertson has been our primary care physician for about 17yrs now. He is the most compassionate and caring person I’ve ever met in this industry. He goes above and beyond for your medical needs, easy to talk to, amazing at what he does and very personable, we are so blessed that he is our primary care physician. Highly recommended him and his staff if you are looking to get taken care of.
I have been a patient of the Bui family of doctors a long time but this week I asked for copy of my blood work it had the wrong patient information on it have called 6 times they will not answer the phone I would hate to change doctors because of the people up front answering the phone in the office
Had elbow surgery today by Blackwell. Prior to surgery, he walked in my room (late), looked at vitals and left. No questions, no explanations. After surgery, never saw him, he did not check on me at all. I was sent home w Tramadol script that turned out to be very insufficient for pain level. When I called later in day for a better med for the increasing pain, his staff said Blackwell will not prescribe any type narcotic pain meds and the Tramadol (or Acetaminophen #3) were my only choices. I have been a patient of Dr. Blackwell’s for 15 plus years. Anytime I have had an orthopedic problem he has been there to help. His staff Izella and Maya are not only friendly but extremely helpful. Those 2 ladies are a true blessing to an already caring office.
