The ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast on the Beach!
I remember going here with my father back in the late 80's through the 90's it was the best food I have ever had.
A pound of crab legs at a VERY reasonable price, and the black bean soup was very tasty. We'll be back for breakfast in the morning.
This place has become our newest tradition in the OBX. Thanks for the great food and service.
When I go to Nags Head, I always eat at Sam and Omie's. The food is ALWAYS very good.
While living in Manteo in the 80's...S&O's was our "go to" place! We were quite the regulars and LOVED our times spent there. It's the first place I recommend to those traveling to OBX... describing it as "Great food...very local...and a screen door slamming casual ambiance!" Congrats on a new season!!!!
Sam & Omies is a must stop everytime we go to the beach. Chowders and fried seafood can't be beat.
Always a favorite..enjoyed many meals and hope to return later in the year...wish I could eat there more often..Love the atmosphere, people, food....:)
