RecommendedPerhaps my favorite place on the planet, especially at breakfast. Sam & Omie’s represents all the best qualities of the OBX. Fish cakes to die for, fruit-stuffed French toast, and all the regular breakfast food —only better. And the best Bloody Mary anywhere, guaranteed.
