Sam is an amazing realtor! He was so patient the last 7 months as we looked at houses. He was willing to drive from Las Vegas to St George as many times as we asked him too. Such a huge help! He has a great non pushy personality. Sam is way more concerned with us finding a house we love than trying to speed us through showings. I definitely would recommend him to everyone!

2712 Sidonia Ave was the house Sam sold for me. It all happened so fast and easy! In 1 week exactly i got everything i wanted and i didnt even feel like i did anything!! I will miss that house dearly and i dont think think its hitting me yet but also now i have a stack of cash to drown out any sorrow that may arise! Woohoo! Thank you Sam!

Wow! Just closed on the last of 3 transactions. I needed to sell two rental condos in the same building and upgrade to a single- family rental using 1031 exchange to save my capital. All three deals closed within a few days of each other. Sam handled all the timelines nicely, working with 2 different title agencies, the 1031 company and some road bumps with our buyer's lender. Will definitely use him again in the future.
