The doc requested a new mri after I had submitted all the information from the previous mri and images. He said he never got the film but had the report and he didn’t believe that was good enough. My point is that this was scheduled weeks ago. Had he reviewed my file he would have seen that he wanted new imaging. So now after weeks, $120 gas and 5 hours on the road and I am back to waiting for the new mri to be cleared with insurance and then scheduled. I’m not a happy patient.
My visit went well. The doctor was thorough.
Appointments are very well scheduled and right on time. Dr. Moulton is kind and professional and immediately knew what next steps I needed for my shoulder pain. I highly recommend Proliance!
I've had a great experience with Dr. Moulton and his team. Dr. Moulton is professional and kind. He did an ACL reconstruction with quad tendon autograft for me and so far I'm doing great! Thanks to the nursing team at Kirkland province surgery center - Lisa, Rachael, Heather, Victoria(I think?), "Red". Everyone was so lovely and kind.
