New Hardwood and Tile installation – We had new hardwood floors and tile installed downstairs. Mr Miller worked with us through a difficult installation and the end result was beautiful. The same installer did both the tile and hardwood and was a real craftsman.
BAD BAD BAD – i had a huge job that cost a ton of money they are all very rude and act like they are better than you are, the lady who sold me my carpet cussed me out for calling her about something that needed to be fixed dont use them!!!!!!!
Do Not Use Sam Miller Carpet Sales – DO NOT USE SAM MILLER CARPET!!!!! We have had a horrible experience. The worst tile job I have ever seen! Tile installer did not know what he was doing, and was not supervised. They are horrible with communication and give you the total run around. We have been fighting the battle for almost 2 years. Owner agreed to fix after we had to hire a 3rd party Industry Inspector to come in and inspect the job. They agreed to pay for the inpsector and to re do the job.
