Amazing company. One of their tech’s Tim came to our house this morning to fix our broken hvac. He was friendly, professional and did great work. I've used SAM Mechanical for a furnace and an AC replacement, plus maintenance and fixes since I moved to the area a couple years ago. USUALLY they tend to be a little pricier, but provide reliable, professional, and quality service. However, in my latest interaction I was disappointed. I'm 6 months pregnant and the furnace died about 8 PM on a Friday, given my condition I was more worried than normal about going without heat.
