Best experience with a service provider I’ve ever had. Customer service was outstanding from the moment I called. Sandy answered—she felt like a close friend immediately. They prioritized my residential installation 2 days before a major holiday (4th of July) and it was 100 degrees outside! Kevin, the service manager, was also extremely friendly, professional, sincere and honest. My wife and I hired Sam Mechanical to install a Mini Split System in our home. We could not believe how quick and proficient the install was. I am an extremely picky person and usually do everything myself. I was super impressed with the tech’s professionalism, knowledge and how polite they were. SAM Mechanical went above and beyond in helping us set up our compressor and dryer. They designed a system that met our needs while staying within our tight budget. They ran over 350 feet of air line with custom brackets and stanchions, tackling every obstacle with creative solutions, in just a few days. These guys are absolute workhorses, and they really came through for me on this project. I’ll use them whenever I can—highly recommend SAM Mechanical for any job!
