Sam was so easy to work with and was truly the best advisor through my first selling process. He knew my old neighborhood Kingfield really well and I trusted his recommendations to help me get my house sold. He shared status updates every week so I was never questioning what was happening and on top of that helped me buy my new house in Tangletown. I could not recommend working with him more.

Sam was truly such a joy to work with! He made sure I felt informed throughout the entire process and patiently answered all of my potentially silly questions. Sam is a wonderful human being and realtor. He took the time to meet me and answer so many of my questions before he was officially my realtor. His honest feedback, real estate knowledge, and opinions allowed me to trust him to guide me through this process (use his recommendations for lender, inspections, etc). When it came to choosing my home, he did a great job at negotiating to get me what I needed. I’m so happy with the experience!

As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Although the perfect house hasn’t been found yet, the entire process has been led with patience and transparency. Sam also has a genuine passion for educating! Sam truly is our biggest cheerleader! He’s encouraging when the market feels exhausting, supportive of our needs and is truly always in our corner.
