Sam is a wonderful human being and realtor. He took the time to meet me and answer so many of my questions before he was officially my realtor. His honest feedback, real estate knowledge, and opinions allowed me to trust him to guide me through this process (use his recommendations for lender, inspections, etc). When it came to choosing my home, he did a great job at negotiating to get me what I needed. I’m so happy with the experience!
As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Although the perfect house hasn’t been found yet, the entire process has been led with patience and transparency. Sam also has a genuine passion for educating! Sam truly is our biggest cheerleader! He’s encouraging when the market feels exhausting, supportive of our needs and is truly always in our corner. The process can feel overwhelming but with him, it feels equally empowering!
Sam is one of a kind!! Truly a ray of sunshine to work with. He has this incredible way of making every space feel like home, with thoughtful little decor touches that help you actually see yourself there. The way he explains things and educates buyers is a 10/10. I’ve bought homes before, but I learned more from Sam than from any other realtor. He’s a total gem!
