Drew sold us a new Chrysler Pacifica. He was such a pleasure to work with. He did a great job explaining all the features and really took the time to make sure we picked out the best one for our needs. He was very friendly and made buying a new vehicle easy and enjoyable.
Not from the area, was driving on the interstate and my Jeep Cherokee went into safe mode. The transmission required a computer update. I was in and out within an hour. They handled my stress really well and washed my car to boot! Highly recommend!

DO NOT purchase extended warranty. I had National. Auto Care pushed on me, saying how great they were and how they cover everything but oil changes. I had my 2012 Juke for one year when the engine blew. It had 80,000 miles. The warranty company gave me and Galesburg Nissan the run around. They were extremely hard to deal with and very argumentative over everything. I was without a car for 3 weeks.
