Outstanding and honest service. These guys were little over 900 mi away from me. Keep in mind, there are many Ram dealers withing this radius. These guys were very fair and honest with the very first and only offer. There was no back and forth, papers were signed online and trucked picked the very next day. This dealership looks nice on the surface, but the service department is dismissive, uninformed about EVs, and unwilling to take customer concerns seriously. After I gave them honest feedback, they told me I was no longer welcome and even canceled an existing service appointment. Between long wait times, no loaners, and poor customer treatment, I can’t recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I worked with Max, and unfortunately he came across as dismissive and rude during our interaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and that was not the case here. It completely changed my impression of the dealership, and I did not feel valued. I hope management addresses this, because buying a car should feel exciting — not uncomfortable.
