I would definitely give them 0 if possible. Very unprofessional staff. They don’t care, they don’t answer the phone. Real quick to call for approval of medicine. My FIL was always falling here, neglected. Recently moved to a new facility & now has cancer that is too late to control. Don’t send your family members here if you want real care.
Administration has come into their sister facility and rob everyone of their Jobs after being shutdown . Terminating everyone with the excuse of going down a different route. Also lying and telling the prior staff that they have nothing to worry about . Very very disgraceful HIGHLAND PARK IS THE NEW SPRING BRANCH WE NEED HELP BEFORE IT GETS WORSE !
If i could give it a zero i would my mother passed away in 2008 of november 12 ,and she was talking fine felt better before getting transferred here ,once she got theyre everything changed she would talk the first couple of days said noone would listen to her qhen she needed to use rr also random patients would go in her room and they would not pay attention it was ugly nasty not clean . If I could I would give this place 0 stars!!! I spoke to the administrator recently and he was rude ash. Thus place is a joke, they don't care about none of the elders. My grandparent stays here and they treat him like trash, the food they bring him recently is disgusting, they don't try to show care at all. None of the employees or the administrators are great. This place needs to be shut down.
No stars are an understatement. Close the doors quick.This is an awful place. They have roaches crawling around nats flying around the patients food. They don't change the residents. A lady took her pamper off because it was wet and she was just walking around. These residents need help ASAP
