He is highly competent, knowledgeable, skilled, has decades of experience in dental practice, and a wonderful chairside manner, very friendly and reassuring.
Dr Hanna is convenient and gets the job done if all you want is an dentist who has good morning hours. Yet, he is terrible if you have pain issues or ptsd from previous dental problems. Last week when doing a root canal he made me push through pain I was not ready for. When I brought this to his attention and asked him to be more receptive, he got defensive, refused to listen, and raised his voice at me. One Friday night at 6pm my cap on my tooth came off. After a small mental breakdown I remembered hearing an ad about Dr. Hanna and called his cell and left a message. He called back fast and had me in the office early that Saturday. He checked my cap, told me I actually needed a root canal because my cap hadn’t been placed properly by another dentist. I have been going to Dr. Hanna now for a couple of months! I have always hated going to the dentist. I have to say he is wonderful explained everything and so honest! The staff that works with him are wonderful! Can't say enough about all of them! I will never put off going to the dentist again! 5 stars!
The front desk and assistant are very nice. I went here for about 5 years and thought it was okay. Recently I moved and when I went to my new dentist she questioned my root canal I had done 4 years ago. She sent me to a specialist and the specialist informed me that he didn't do it properly and now it is going to cost me $1,800 to get it fixed properly. That's not the only thing, I was also told my wisdom teeth were not a problem. I had them taken out 4 months after I moved and saw my new dentis
Dr Hanna and staff are phenomenal to work with. They go out of their way to make you feel important and are extremely accommodating to your schedule.
I had an excellent experience! I have been fearful of dentists since I was a child and found it difficult over the years to find someone that could change my attitude. I don't conveniently forget to make appointments now! I found Dr. Hanna to be honest, direct and his staff is outstanding. They worked with both my insurances to get things square away with no pressure on me! How refreshing!
