We tried the new Madison location and it was good but a few kinks need to be worked out. The pizza had way too much sauce on it and it was partially burnt. No lemon for the tea and they ask for tips but no one checks on you the the whole time. You don't deserve a tip for taking my order only. Also, they wouldn't deliver my chicken wings first before the pizza to eat as an appetizer. I should not have been refused such a simple request. At almost $50 dollars for wings and a large pizza there should be better service.
I waited 50 min on a 8in cheese pizza, when it finally came out it was burnt. I was very disappointed. This was at the new location in Madison. The staff was not friendly at all and my pizza was not good. Over priced in my opinion.
