Very disappointing experience, for the reasons noted below: For background, my issue was that the tension spring on my garage door had snapped, and needed to be replaced. 1. Pricing - The technician arrived and gave me pricing for replacing the spring, low, medium and high-grade options. I was given 3 prices, and I chose the medium option ~$600. Speedy service--they were at my house within hours of a call. The techs were very friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with how well they communicated the work they did. Pricing for the repairs was also reasonable.
