He knows nothing about allergies or Candida yeast infections. I quote what he said to me. " I got patients that are really sick" long story short I left Dr. Scolaro, and went to an allergy Doctor, and my diagnostic was autoimmune disease. Leaky gut.. I had no IGM which is the first defense to your bodies immunity .
I've had a couple of visits with Dr. Scolaro. He is attentive and thorough. I walked out of my very first visit with orders for about 20 tests and referrals to 4 specialists. And no, I'm not a medical mess. He just wanted to check out all my little complaints. "Aching knees" became 6 xrays. (Thank God for insurance!) But I appreciate his thoroughness. He was patient and kind and answered all my questions. He's personable and funny too!

Dr Scolaro seems genuinely concerned with my health. Listens, asks a lot of questions, and explains things very well.
He really seems to listen and care. He describes things in great detail. Very thorough with having numerous tests and scans completed.

I’ve had one visit with Dr Scolaro so far. I found him friendly and professional. Since it’s been several years since I went to a doctor, he ordered multiple tests for me. I appreciate his thoroughness. I’m in the process of getting them done and have my second visit as a follow up in 2 weeks. I’ll have a better idea then but so far, I like him. The thing I didn’t care for is the patient portal. It won’t let me sign up and I’ve left several messages for the someone to call me but no one did.
First visit had me believing was gonna be helpful.Second visit did nothing that said on first visit. wasted 6 weeks of my time.Was there for white blood cell count had been rising. my rheumatologists who also was worthless since was told to go to my primary.Back to DR. Scolaro was there for white blood cell.I then handed him results that were 4 days old. Handed me 4 papers to go do other things. I was past due for and blood work. Told come bk. when done. Went back said go to a hematologist GRRR
