One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with.
