What I love most about Sam Dial Jewelers is the professionalism and the sense of community they foster. Many retail outlets turnover staff quickly, you never know who will be there to assist you the next time you go in. Not like that at Sam Dial! I know the staff by name, they greet me by name. They know what I love! No high pressure sales pitch just like visiting with family.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Sam Dial Jewelers! Sam helped my husband pick out my wedding ring and they did an amazing job! I couldn't have picked it better myself! When going in to get my wedding ring sized they did a great job measuring my ring size and it fits perfectly. They also just tightened a stone on another one of my rings that is about 10 years old and it looks like it did when it was new!
