Nice staff, spacious slots. Accurate billing. Update: My trailer was damaged while stored at Sam Bass storage. The staff did everything to discourage me from reviewing the tapes claiming they had already looked and saw nothing. When I came onsite to take pictures of the damage I was threatened and cursed by the Manager of the facility. I can no longer recommend this establishment. You vehicles are not safe here.
Michelle is great to work with. Sam Bass Yard is always clean. It's great to be able to power wash the trailer and truck when needed. Super convenient facility for us. Always great to do local business, they take pride in their storage property.
We've been renting a spot for our RV for almost a year now. It's a very nice facility, reasonable pricing and great communication from the owners. We also appreciate the free use of a power sprayer for washing down our RV. And, it's only 5 minutes from our home. Just a really great place!
