It is unfortunate that this office only values the time of the folks that work there. After .making an appointment over a month ago. The office advised me that the doctor was going on vacation. So they needed to schedule me a week earlier. This after they have canceled and rescheduled appointments for not having a hygienist, the dentist was pregnant and now an impromptu vacation. Sam has been my dentist for years already, he’s a great guy very intellectual, smart and trustworthy. They explain you everything that they will do, the reasons and results so you won’t have any unanswered questions in your mind. From dental hygienists to front desk staff, they’re all awesome people.
This was my first consultation. Atmosphere was friendly and relaxed yet professional. Procedure was explained and questions answered without reserve. I would recommend the practice to anyone. Returned for the procedure. Again, everything was done to help me feel relaxed and pain free. I’m glad this office was recommended to me. Returned for scan to see if everything was ready for the implant. Staff was pleasant and thorough. High praise when I don’t mind going to the dentist.
Dr. Khoury is a very skilled and caring doctor, and the office and staff are top shelf.
