Sam B. Air Conditioning And Heat sent a photo of the tech coming to my home; which I thought was great. While at my home, the tech was very courteous & professional. Did his work & explained the work he was doing. Offered some suggestions fir more efficiency of my HVAC system. I would recommend Sam B. Air Conditioning And Heat again. And no hidden cost. It was what they quoted me in the phone !

My old furnace stopped working in Jan and Ken from Sam B. Air Conditioning And Heat came out so quickly to see about a repair. When it became clear it would need to be replaced, they made arrangements quickly to come out first thing the next day. I have a unique furnace placement and configuration and they were able to accommodate it without issue or complaint. In fact - their install was much cleaner than what was there before. The crew was friendly and tidy.

Very happy with Sam B. Air Conditioning And Heat. Very accommodating, great customer service over the phone. Always sends out very nice and informative service techs. Highly recommend getting their yearly maintenance check-up. Nate and his assistant did a thorough job cleaning my unit!

Fred was on time and diligent. When we had some strange problems because of a previous system he worked hard to make sure everything was just as we wanted. Pricing was amazing and we love our new system. Sam B. Air Conditioning And Heat is awesome, 5 stars all the way.

Sam B. Air Conditioning And Heat arrived on time and was knowledgeable about my system. Ken was able to do an inspection and made recommendation along with price estimates. Due to an older system he did not have the parts on his truck but was able to order them and have them available in a few days. The estimated price and the final price were exactly as quoted.
