Dr. Sam could not focus on my questions during our visit and asked me questions totally off topic about routine tests he said I needed that were not even remotely relevant. When I asked to get back on topic he said definitely but brought up the other routines testing again as if he got a percentage. He sent a prescription to the pharmacy incorrectly so the pharmacy would not fill it without clarification from him.
